Hi, welcome to our corner of Bali.

Dirk and me, we are 80 babies, design nerds and travellers at heart. For over twenty years, we lived as expats across 6 different countries carrying with us not just the passports but 2 children,  3 dogs, a deep love and appreciation for design, local culture and the art of feeling at home anywhere in the world. That quickly became our super power. Bali is where our journey is right now and The Tropical Habitat Bali is where we welcome you into that story, a space that was created with comfort and slow living in mind and that aims to feel as good as it looks. Each villa reflects our passion for barefoot 5 star living: elegant yet effortless, private yet connected to the soul and most important to the people and culture of this island. 

We host the way we love to travel, curating experiences that balance adventure with stillness, culture with comfort and design with authenticity. 

For us, this isn’t just hospitality but the privilege of opening our world to yours.
